Las Casuelas shares a special place in Palm Springs History - first opening their doors in 1958 [1 year after Pathfinders!] serving 4 generations of Delgado family recipes. Terraza opened in 1979 inside a historic Palm Springs casita from the 1920’s, quickly becoming a landmark serving Palm Springs’ residents, visitors and vacationing celebrities. 

Today, Maria Fajardo’s granddaughter, Patricia, and her great grandson Patrick, who serves on the Board of the Boys and Girls Club, serve her recipes to guests from around the world. What a perfect place to meet after the Art Project at the Boys & Girls Club!
