GALA MEETING
Thursday, December 7th - 10:30 am to 2:00 pm
Thunderbird Country Club - Gerald Ford Room
Lunch served for all who attend.
The Gala Committee will be meeting to work on finalizing plans for the fundraising event.
Everyone is encouraged to help make this event a success by getting involved in some aspect of the event.
Sign-ups are available at the meeting as well as online.
Additionally, each Member is encouraged to:
· Bring at least one guest to the Gala
· Donate at least one bottle of wine valued at or over $50 (by 12/7th)
· Collect at least one Auctionable item from their favorite restaurant, boutique, hair salon, or other service provider.
With everyone’s help this year’s event is bound to be a great success.
