Calling all Pathfinders! 

We need a few more Super Volunteers for the Gala.

Check out our new volunteer opportunities:

Friday, 1pm: Swag Bag Assembly

Saturday, 8am to 1pm:

• Dining Room Setup: Decorate Ballroom, swag bags & decorate tables with centerpieces, etc...
• Silent Auction set up: Auction items, plexiglass descriptions, bid sheets, props, etc...

Saturday, 4:30pm: Assist with Guest check in and credit card registration.

Saturday, 7:00pm*:  Help Closing out the Silent Auction.

Saturday, 8:30pm*: Assist with Guest check out, processing credit cards, etc...

Sunday, 9:00am-?:  Final clean up after event.

If you're not sure what you can do, just show up and we'll find you a task that fits your talents. 

If we each do a little, we can accomplish a lot!

*Times may be adjusted slightly as we finalize the event agenda.
